Contractual roles

EMUC provides its specialized services in all possible contractual roles. This allows for a flexible approach to projects of different types and sizes.
Contractual roles are:

1- Main Contractor:
As a Main Contractor EMUC assumes full project responsibility Installation project management, performing all tasks

2- Joint Venture Partner:
EMUC can enter into joint venture with national and/or international firms to Installation projects on a turnkey basis.

3- Project Management Contractor:
EMUC performs Project Management, including construction management and supervision, on behalf of the client and manages the work of other contractors employed on the client’s project.

4- Subcontractor:
EMUC may also participate in the execution of major contracts as a subcontractor to contractors
